What do the different project statuses mean

You can find different project statuses following there will be a short explanation what is the meaning of them.

• New

  The status of the project is always "New" as long as you not starting a configuration or you completed or cancelled a meeting.

• Configuration complete

  After you have completed a configuration and haven´t done anything else the project will be in the status "configuration complete".

• Quotation request sent

  When you sent a request for quotation to your fabricator(s) and not all of them has replied the project will stay in the status "Quotation request sent".

• Quotation received

  After the fabricator(s) responded your request and send back a quotation the project will be labeled as "Quotation received".

• Quotation requests declined

  In the uncertain event that your fabricator is declining the quotation you will see that the status of the project changed to "Quotation requests declined". In this case please contact us, so that we can follow it up with your fabricator.

• Quotation requests not responded

  In the uncertain event that your fabricator(s) all did not responded to your request the status will change. In this case please contact us, so that we can follow it up with your fabricator.

• Ordered

  When you did ordered based on the quotation you received, the project will change in the status "Ordered" as long as you did not receive a confirmation by your fabricator.

• Order confirmed

  After your fabricator confirmed the order the project will be in the status "Order confirmed".

• Order declined

  In the uncertain event that your fabricator declined the order you will see in the status. In this case please contact us, so that we can follow up with your fabricator.

• Cancelled

  You can mark your project as cancelled when the customer did unfortunatelly not decide to go on with the project. The project can be find at the end of your project list. All of the data is always available.

• Completed

  You can mark your project as completed when you want to finish the project. We propose to do so after the windows were installed. The project can be find at the end of your project list. All of the data is always available.
