What do the different project statuses mean

You can find different project statuses following there will be a short explanation what is the meaning of them.

  • Quotation request received:

    When a dealer send to you a request for quotation to define the estimated cost to produce the construction, the project will have the status "Quotation request received".

  • Quotation sent:

    After you responded to the dealers request to create a quotation and send back the quotation the project will be labeled as "Quotation sent".

  • Quotation request declined:

    If you want to decline the quotation for different reasons, you will see that the status of the project changed to "Quotation requests declined".

  • Not responded:

    All requests for quotation from a dealer have a deadline. If you haven't responded to the request before the deadline, the project will receive "Not responded" status.

  • Order placed:

    When the dealer places the order based on the quotation you sent, the project will change in the status "Ordered placed" until you confirm the order.

  • Order confirmed:

    After your confirmation of the order the project will be in the status "Order confirmed".

  • Order declined:

    If you want to decline the order for different reasons, you will see that the status of the project changed to "Order declined".

  • Quote declined by retailer:

    In the uncertain event that the dealer is declining the quotation you will see that the status of the project changed to "Quote declined by retailer".

  • Cancelled by retailer:

    The project can be marked as cancelled when the dealer unfortunately does not decide to continue with the project. The project can be find at the end of your project list. All of the data is always available.
